     7 USEFUL TIPS TO BE PRODUCTIVE WHILE STAYING AT HOME


Well, I know it is tough to manage your time in the best way , when you don't leave your appartment for days. We work from home - or we do not work at all, we have plenty of free time to manage and we haven't prepared ourselves enough for this.
Here is a short list of small tips that could make your #stayhome routine more productive. Believe me, they all work great. You can thank me later.
so... there we GO!

1. WAKE UP EARLY

 Wake up early around 9-10:00 am. Enjoy your breakfast next to the window & serve yourself a warm cup of coffee or tea. Strech yourself a little bit. Listen to some of your favorite song and get ready to start your day. I highly recommend change from pijamas to clothes, so you can subconsciously & consciously seperate your ''chilling-lolling'' mood from your ''starting my day & by productive'' mood.

2. THE MAGIC TRICK ''TO-DO LIST''

Keep on writing your to do list every morning. I know you think there aren't plenty of things you have to do in the middle of a Quarantine BUT.. you are wrong. You can include new things to your to do list such as more chores, or finding a new cake receipt, clear your phone or laptop from old files. Whenever you finish every section of to-do tasks, reward yourself with a warm bath. a walk or a cookie,.
If you didn 't have a ''To Do List''  before 1. SHAME ON YOU. 2. START ONE TODAY!

3. WORLD OFF, MUSIC ON!

Another really useful tip which I personally love, cause it works great for me & keeps me productive is good music. Of course everyone has its own music taste, but listen for at least 2 hours music everyday at home. It will inspire you, calm you, motivate you. Friendly advice : Try piano music to relax & concetrate and your favorite dance songs when you do the chores or cooking.

4. WORK IT OUT, BUILD THAT BODY

Work out. Work out. Work out. There is no excuse! You have time & you have space. There are a million videos of how to workout without equipment. A billion videos of how to do pilates at home. If you don't like this type of workout, you try running! If you don't like running, try streching, yoga, dance, zumba or SWIMMING IN YOUR BATHROOM. I don't care, find something you like and work out. Your body will reward you -I can guarantee.

5. WHERE 'S THE COOK?

You now have all the time to prepare your meals & snacks, that you could not/ didn't have time to prepare while you were out all day from one meeting point to another. You can also search & find out new recipes of snacks, play with the taste, find what gives you more energy or what is more healthy. Fresh juices or tasty smoothies could be your bonus. 

6. SET LIMITS TO YOUR NETFLIX TIME

I categorise the world into 'Netflix &  Non-netflix People''.  Netflix people do not watch only Netfix of course. By this term we mean this kind of person who can spend a weekend only with bread & water locked in a bedroom, watching movies. I know guys, the whole quarantine thing is awesome to you , cause you finally can legally do your passion & there is no one out there to judge you for it, cause you are just law-abiding citizen. NO BITCHES, here I am. Close your Netflix, open a book & complete the to-do list mentioned before.

7. ART IS THE ANSWER

''BUT I am not an artist..'' FALSE! YOU ARE! There are so many creative things you can do. It doesn 't have to be painting or singing. And there is no need to be perfect -not even good at times. You just have to start creating something on your own. Let your mind & your soul speak through it.
It could be food, maybe a poem, it could be a scenario or a D&D story. A small choreography. You could start modify your clothes. Just create something. You will feel more authentic & productive than you have ever felt.
