7 reasons to Wake up Every Morning
7 MOTIVATIONAL MORNING QUOTES
One of my favourite people, Elon Musk (If you don't know this guy , google him & thank me later) he was once asked in an interview about his success story. He started by saying that the first question anyone should pose to hiself is
''What makes you to wanna leave the bed in the morning? What inspires you the most?''
Even though, there are people out there, who litteraly are about to cry when they need to leave their bed (I am one of you SLEEPY BUDDIES <3) the truth is, we all can find one or more extremely satisfying reasons to wake up & take action.
Below you will find 7 Ideas/Reasons that will motivate you to abandone your beloved pillow & start your day.
1. TODAY'S GOALS: COFFEE & KINDNESS. Well, maybe two coffees and then kindness.
You know very well what I mean..
2. DREAMING AWAKE IS BETTER THAN DREAMING WHILE SLEEPING.
I have arguments about this statement:
1. No one is going to wake you up when you daydream.
2. You can control it.
3. Makes your reality way funnier.
3. YOU CANNOT LISTEN TO YOUR FAVORITE SONG WHILE SLEEPING. So, wake up, turn on your spotify, and give this dance performance you have always dreamt of , while brushing your teeth or making coffee.
4. GREATFULNESS . Seriously man, think of how lucky you are to wake up & be functional. We tend to forget to feel grateful about this and there come, these rare mornings ,when you wake up with a numb leg & you think for a few seconds ''my life is over'' that no so kindly remind you to say THANK YOU to your body, soul & mind that you are alive & healthy.
5. YOU CAN HEAR THE VOICE, THE LAUGHTER AND SMELL THE AURA OF THOSE YOU LOVE. And hugs. Don't forget the hugs.
6. YOU CAN OPEN THE WINDOWS AND SEE THE SUN & THE SUNLIGHT. I don't think you people (& I myself) realise the greatness of this little thing. It 's the SUN himself and we can take a direct look at it, charge-free.
7. IT AIN'T AS BAD AS YOU THINK. IT WILL LOOK BETTER IN THE MORNING. Well, I know we all have these dark periods of depression, where we can't sleep at night, we miss someone, we feel confused or we are unhappy & disappointed with our work.
BUT, 1. Whatever makes you unhappy you can change it by waking up in the morning & take the necessary actions for this change.
2. When it come to feelings, I 've been broken-hearted, I know we cannot control it. But trust me, even If it's not better during the present morning, it will be tommorow, or the morning after tommorow.
You just have to wake up & remind yourself how to be happy again.
